Raising money for your organization can feel like a very steep climb.  I can lighten the load.

I do not pull a pre-packaged plan of services off the shelf and expect it to be exactly right for you. My advisory services are tailored to your specific needs.

Nonprofit Strategies - DC will schedule an initial two-hour meeting with you to learn about your current challenges and priorities. Over the course of that conversation, we will determine, together, whether the challenges are enterprise-wide or limited to one issue area.

As an outcome of the meeting, you may decide that the best use of our advisory services is short term, to address a specific problem; or you may prefer to schedule periodic sessions over time; or for us to take on a full overview of one key area of the organization. There is no "one way" forward.

Soon after our initial meeting, you will receive a proposal of services. The final terms to which we agree will include metrics of success and our guarantee for delivery.

There is no charge for the initial meeting with you.
